The Q Hotel & Suites Springfield, Springfield

I had a great stay at this hotel! The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, especially Alicia at breakfast who went above and beyond to make my morning special. The breakfast options were decent, though I would have preferred something other than powdered eggs. Overall, the comfort of the rooms and the hospitality made it a memorable stay, but I do think some small upgrades could enhance the experience.

The staff was exceptionally welcoming and helpful, although it was unfortunate they didn’t have more amenities like a refrigerator or microwave. The breakfast variety was decent, but I was a bit let down by the powdered eggs. Overall, I had a positive experience with a few minor hiccups that didn't overshadow my stay.
